Unsafe driver! This party bus didn’t care that the carpool lane had two double solid white lines that you can not legally cross and he illegally crossed over cutting us off dangerously. If you don’t know how to drive a large vehicle and be able to see a car already in the lane then don’t try to drive a vehicle that holds so many people. This driver needs basic driver education course because he should not be crossing into the carpool lanes as he pleases when it’s not open.

Our driver, Arturo, was very professional, greeted us warmly, and took care of all of our luggage when we flew into LAX. This is the second time I have use Crown Limousine and have been extremely pleased both times.
Crown Limousine is the absolute BEST!!! From start to finish our night in Hollywood was fantastic. Our SUV was spotless & our driver Arturo was amazing.
