I rented a Mercedes Sprinter Van from them for my daughter's sweet 16. Both Diego and Andre were very professional and clear in their communication and the email confirmation was super clear - I appreciated that. The company seems to have aced their client facing and back end processes - extremely rare in their business. Unsafe driver! This party bus didn’t care that the carpool lane had two double solid white lines that you can not legally cross and he illegally crossed over cutting us off dangerously. If you don’t know how to drive a large vehicle and be able to see a car already in the lane then don’t try to drive a vehicle that holds so many people. This driver needs basic driver education course because he should not be crossing into the carpool lanes as he pleases when it’s not open.
