Phone number listed goes straight to voicemail. You show up and they have the real phone number posted on their door. Appointment only/walk-ins welcome. They don’t know anything about watches other than how to sell you one. No repairs or service. They don’t mention this on their website clearly. Will close soon to be sure.

Ryan is the best in the business. I had no idea exactly what type of high end watch I was looking for, and Ryan invited me to his place to show me a bunch of different styles. I ended up choosing something that he didn’t have in hand, and he went out of his way to find it and got me a great price on it with a quick turnaround. Look no further for high-quality service and incredible watches!

Dusty was very professional, respectful, and courteous. I very much enjoyed our conversation about topics beyond the items I brought it. He was a wealth of interesting bits of information about the collectable items I had. I was given a very fair valuation from Dusty. I never felt any pressure to sell, and ultimately feel a ease with my decision to sell to Crown Jewelry & Time. I highly recommend these folks
