Excellent service. Gave me a good value for my gold!!! I will be using these guys from now on.
I brought my watch to polish the scratched crystal and replace the battery-but only if they'd fix the crystal first. Guy went ahead with the battery anyway, then said he couldn't do the glass. So now I'm stuck paying for half a job, and hunting somewhere else. Just... off-putting service.
They responded to my online inquiry quickly and Dusty was great to work with! Friendly and fair, I appreciated him providing suggestions regarding avenues to sell one of my pieces. Highly recommend.
Phone number listed goes straight to voicemail. You show up and they have the real phone number posted on their door. Appointment only/walk-ins welcome. They don’t know anything about watches other than how to sell you one. No repairs or service. They don’t mention this on their website clearly. Will close soon to be sure.
