I bought a Honda Civic Type R brand new earlier this year. It broke down while driving two separate times, and was towed back to the dealership each time. The car was at the dealership for a total of 24 days; a loaner vehicle was NOT provided. I was left to figure it out for myself, even though it was their initial misdiagnosis. The vehicle was eventually repaired and returned to me recently, with: a greasy steering wheel, scratches on the paint, and a chip on the finish of one of the wheels. well they missed the check engine light, worn tread which lead to a blowout and blower motor so what rating do you think they deserve?
