Honestly, I've had absolutely no issues with this property management company. Someone else referenced "landlord" but I'm pretty sure they have more than one property, so I'm not sure about that. We've been extremely happy with our landlord, Crown Fortune, and generally everything else. I called them for a specific matter and they gave me a cell phone number, and one of the agents talked to me from home. They're great.
Last sat. 9/25 at 7:30am a loud crew of 10 workers, including children, came to our building and started working in the unit above mine. Extremely loud, electric sanders, hammering, no insulation so every sound reverberates down into my bedroom. Then water starting pouring into my bathroom because they changed the bathroom fixtures without notifying anyone or turning the water off. DO NOT RENT from this company. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and lie. If you have an issue they will not respond to emails, they will delay and delay security deposit with no clarity or response. Beware of these guys. There are much better property management companies in the Bay.
