Called for my sick son to be seen in urgent care @ 8am today. I was told on phone by Morgan he would have no wait because they wasn't busy. More less a lie, because he still sets out there in misery. It is ridiculous to make sick people wait. We should of just stuck with the text alert. Then he could be waiting in his comfort of his home. Never again
I was extremely happy with my visit. The wait wasn't as long as people say. The Dr and nurses were very helpful and really seemed concerned with my problems. They weren't trying to just give me a script. Love the new pharmacy there, the couple that run it were very friendly and helpful.
The wait for this place is ridiculous. I waited 3 hours to get seen by someone. They need to get organized and get people through in a timely matter. When your sick and don't feel good, waiting in a tiny HOT room is the last thing I wanted to do. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I'm so sorry for those of you who have bad experiences here. My family has been very thankful for the opportunity to use their urgent care when we needed to be seen outside of business hours. Both my 7 year-old and I have both been seen here for urgent care, and were not only seen promptly, but have gotten excellent care while there. They performed multiple tests before deciding what treatment to follow through with. I am grateful for this resource!
Several members of our family have been treated here satisfactorily. We are thankful to have an Urgent Care facility of this caliber in Kirksville.
Went in with what I thought was textbook ibs symptoms.. Dr. Clarkson sent me home with no help. They wanted to do a long study, x rays, all kinds of tests, or else they wouldnt see me. I thought the doctors are there to help, not rob you. So all in all, I spent good money to be told by a doctor that I need to go see a doctor. Go back to medical school Mr. Clarkson!
All 4 members of my family were seen and treated very quickly. The staff was very courteous and helped us get on the path to a healthy household quickly.
