True world class experience I totally agree with the previous reviewers here. We had a wonderful pleasant experience purchasing our ML from Sandy Ammerman at Crown. Did not expect the high level of service My experience was spearheaded by Thomas Potter. I was due for a "C" Service for my 2008 R350. I was able to set the appt using their appointment system online (really easy!) I received a reminder call a day out. When I arrived Thomas made me feel right at home. He introduced himself, explained what I should expect, went into detail about service, and was able to answer all my questions on the spot or found answers for me the same day! Flat Tire I experienced a flat tire 120 miles from my home Frank Caporicci worked with me not only to change the tire with the donut, but kept the service area open in order for me to purchase a new tire. They went above and beyond to help me out.
