Simply the best!!! My son was suffering from a tooth ache so I called the dentist office at Children’s Choice Dental and I was informed it would take 3 days before they could verify my dental insurance although my son had already been a patient there ugggggggggh!!!!!! I come here consistently because I trust the team. I avoided the dentist for 7 Years from distrust of the previous dentists I have encountered. When I had my first appointment here, my first form I filled out asked questions like, "Do you have anxieties or concerns with visiting the dentist?", "What were some previous experiences at your dentists like?", and "What concerns do you have that we can address?" I felt like the doctor was not very warm and friendly. If anything, he seemed a little abrasive and dismissive. I'll be changing dentists after today's visit. Although, the dental hygienist was the best I've ever had. She's very thorough and extensive with her cleaning. Best part is she has great bedside manners.
After being with our previous dentist for over 15 years, it was honestly hard to know where to go next. I did a lot of research and kept seeing great things about Dr. Chan at Crown Dentistry — and my first visit confirmed everything!
