As dentists they deserve a 5. The doctors and the hygienists are skilled and professional. The ancillary staff are good. The office is clean as a whistle. But they are disrespectful. I live 30 minutes from their office. On my way to an appointment, I faced a traffic delay. A few minutes after my appointment was due to start, they called me in the car.
