Luxury Living Crown Court is a gorgeous apartment complex steps away from the Tournament Players Club golf courses and the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess resort. The location is great, especially with the way North Scottsdale is booming. The apartments are beautiful, and the property has great amenities. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for.
I was charged 800$ + for new carpet and 120$ For cleaning When I left the apartment. The reason they said is I damaged carpet and the carpet damage accessing company reported damage is heavy. I was shocked when I heard this because when we left apartment it was clean without even stains. when I looked photos they shared us in no place I could find any damages and stains. RecommendedWe just moved here to Crown Court from another Pillar Property and we could not be more pleased with this community. Julian & Meghan went out of their way yesterday to bring us a big bucket of ice, since maintenance was very busy & weren’t able to come and look at our ice maker. That is what community is to us!! We were not expecting it in the least either. We can not thank you enough Julian & Meghan, for the hospitality!! 💙💜💚
The place has gone down hill since Pillar took it over. The maintenance is horrible . It took them 23 days to complete a toilet replacement .It should not have taken 4 trips to the office to complain to the property manager to get it done. At the time the property manager promised to fix some drywall damage from a previous repair when rows of tile collapsed.Then The ultimate! I fully recommend Crown Court! This place is honestly the best place I have ever ever lived! Roxanne and Sarah and Teagarden are all amazing rock stars! If you don’t move to this apartment, there is something wrong with you. This is the best place I have ever lived. I never want to move ever.
