This practice is amazing! I always got same day sick visits when I called first thing. The doctors are knowledgeable, kind, and patient. The nurses and doctors will take extra time to make things silly and less scary for kids. The office staff is caring and phenomenal as well! My child is always cared for here!
This review is specifically for the fact that patients cannot get appointments there. I really like the doctors and the nurses when I have had the chance to be seen. They are very caring. I have had mostly great experiences. But for the last 6 - 9 months I can’t seem to get an appointment to have my kids seen when they are sick. The last several times my kids have been sick- they have zero appointments. It kind of defeats the purpose of being a patient there. There is no follow up. They make you fill out a form where they ask if you need assistance in regards your home situation. Every time I fill out the form I said yes and I select really alarming red flags for abuse and it seems they don’t really read these forms I have never gotten a phone call or any type of assistance, nothing. Please take your job seriously.
