Todd and all the people who work there are very fast and willing to help in all ways they can . Of course they can not take everything someone tried to bring in but if they can they will and will give you the biggest LTV possible . They have lower interest rates than other stores . If you have a genuine problem they will try to help. I have been using Crown City Loan & Jewelry off and on over the last 8 years or so. I find their staff to be great to work with and love browsing the shop. Great selection of guitars at this place.

Whenever you need to pawn something for cash you can always get the most what you need. I have been coming here for years. I have know Doug since the 80's. One of the few family owned businesses around in Pasadena. I trust them in taking care of my jewelry and other item. You will never go wrong doing business with them.

I just walked in to check it out, never been in one. It was interesting, lots of oddities and stuff ranging from SKI stuff to GUITARS to TOOLS amidst Rolexes!

I always walk up and down to check out the offerrings and end up picking up a few pins. This store seems to beat out other places by a small price and usually has a little different selection.

While I was in Pasadena for work, I was looking for a gift for my son that would earn me some stars. I noticed the pawn shop and thought I would give it a try. I had never been into this type of store and was a little nervous about what to expect. Todd, Sylvia and all the staff were helpful and entertaining to talk to. I've been a regular customer for over 5 years ,very honest people working in here ...straight forward, very polite and professional, I bought jewelry ,gold ,Rolex with a very reasonable prices,' this is the only place I trust for Gold and high-end watches . I am a Doctor and every time I go to Oldtown pasadena for lunch break I have to stop in this great place .

This is the nicest pawn shop I have ever been to. They are very friendly and loan the most money. They have an excellent selection of jewelry at great prices.
