I have been critical of Crown Jeep Dublin service in the past and there have been issues, however I must say they are addressing some of the concerns I had previously, and I need to give them credit related specifically to my last visit. It was a recall, and I had a minor button issue. Welcomed into service, very nice and helpful. They said about 90 minutes. Waiting area was clean, quiet and had quality amenities. I've taken my Chrysler to Crown a few times for service, and I've worked with Matthew Mclaughlin for each of them. He's great to work with, communicates well, and ensures that the work is done right.
Great customer service was provided by Matt McLaughlin during my visit. I waited in the clean, pleasant waiting area and enjoyed a free coffee drink while my Dodge Ram Promaster received an oil change and tire rotation. The service was prompt and I was on my way within the promised 1 1/2 hour time frame.
Billy was great to work with. I look forward to working with him in the future.
