We had a 10am appointment on a Friday to have a simple repair done. To make sure we got our Jeep back timely we went out of our way to drop it off the night before. My Jeep was not ready until 4pm. Not only was it a major inconvenience for us, but we were not given updates throughout the day like we were promised. I kept having to call again and again to check on progress. I will never be coming to this dealership ever again.
Had tire light come on. Drats! Alex got me in right away - had a screw in my tire. Crown got it fixed right away. Thanks Alex for making me a priority and getting my tire fixed so quickly! Love Crown!!
Billy-Ra Pruitt Was very helpful in searching for my jeep wrangler. I will be back to see him too soon fantastic job!
