True customer service doesn’t begin until after the purchase is complete. I bought a Porsche 911 and experienced two minor issues within the first few days of ownership: 1. The passenger cupholder was damaged and did not deploy properly. 2. The passenger rear access seat strap snapped almost immediately upon use.
