Scooter was easygoing and fun to talk to, and he gave me a great haircut.
not for urban folks. went in for only a pick out but really a shape up only. over charged for a shape up. no taper nothing else. where everywhere else is $20 he wanted $35 because he dont have that type hair and thought I was about to fall for the oakie. ugh
