Bought a Jeep Wrangler and Ryan my salesman was supposed to get me the backseat and never has!!! Liar!!!!

These folks are crooks don’t believe anything your told and certainly ask for all the paperwork and look through every single bit before giving them a penny !!! I saw no documents until after being lied to for two days .... now the agrreement I thought we had is completely different.... money hungry crooks!!!

They sold us a car with wheel locks without the key which of course we didn’t know until we had a flat. I had the wheel locks removed by a reputable dealership but had to pay $180 for all 4 to be removed. When I call to let Crown Automotive know and ask they reimburse me, the Owner Donnie says “How do I know those locks were there when you bought the car” and “all cars are sold as is” and was just unprofessional and I couldn’t believe this was the owner!
