Great service from Jacob and team
The ceo is great here. Very easy to deal with
Horrible experience from crown autobody west . I got my car repair from them months ago . At first they did not fixed the car properly so I was trying to call them so many times but the lady at the front counter did not recieve any of my calls . After that I had to drive to west all the way from south to let them know about that and they told me they will order some parts and let me know . simple mirror replacement from vandalism. They had it painted and ready to go done in 15mins and even had my car washed for me as I had not since the mirror was damaged. excellent service. And the service desk lady was very accommodating and pleasant to speak with.
Would give them 0 stars if I could. Had a windshield replaced less than 6 months later it cracked from top to bottom. Honda tells me the shop should cover the replacement as it's an install issue... But they refuse to call me back despite having called them 4 times. DO NOT take your car here.... After leaving this initial review the operations manager reached out to me, and my windshield was replaced under warranty by Honda Canada.
