From the moment I walked through the door I was treated like family. I knew the car I was interested in and was prepared to make a deposit. ( do the homework and bring a deposit). We did a test drive and I was in love. I was worried about my credit score but they put me at ease and was told I had nothing to worry about. RecommendedI looked at so many places and was heading home disgruntled when I saw crown auto on the side of the road. I pulled and immediately saw a car that I was interested in. Within a week I am driving off the lot with that same car. The process was so smooth. Jim and Bobby worked hard on getting me the best deals and even referred me to someone who could help me car insurance. I am beyond satisfied with the customer service and the process in general! Would highly recommend these guys!!

Talked with Bobby B and had a great experience. He wasn’t pushy and wanted me to make the right decision for me. He walked me through every step of they way and made it easy. The car was taken care of and had plenty of life left.
Was not going to leave a review because I thought it may of been a bad day for the guy who I dealt with. But apparently they have a lot of problems with being rude. went there to look at a used Pilot. He walks out with us and begins interrogating me, asking me Do you know how much it costs? and why are you looking at cars when its so cold out? and asked me to hurry up because it was cold out.
