I can’t say enough good things about this place. I worked with De’Andre on figuring out whether or not making the change to Alfa was the right move for my family and I. I’ve driven nothing but Toyotas for the majority of my life, but De’Andre made the transition seem less and answered any and all questions that were thrown his way. My husband and I just purchased a 2014 Camry from here. We are so happy we got it. It has low mileage for that year and we know it will last our family a very long time. It was well taken care of by one owner and a certified pre-owned vehicle. De’Andre and James were very helpful and patient with us during the process. We traded in 2 vehicles so it took a few hours to get everything situated but they saw us to the finish line. We’ll be back for our oil changes :)
I am new to the Alfa family and have been extremely impressed with the first rate service at Crown. Matthew has been extremely thorough in service and even called to follow up on a remote start issue (he got it right first try so everything is great). James is always welcoming and makes sure everything is taken care of. Very impressed and satisfied!
Thought all was fine but 1. Title had wrong address - as I am expected to drive on expired tags and problem has to get fixed by me :-( 2. My brand new car was not prepared for purchase obviously - had only a wee bit of washer fluid and I am sure going to find other problems when I can drive it (expired tag issue) uggh!
James, Juan and everyone at Crown are absolute rockstars!! Every time I walk into the dealership I’m treated like family. Both James and Juan are super friendly and knowledgeable and when people ask me about my beautiful Stelvio I always tell them to go see James and Juan! Best experience buying a car!!
