This rating has one star, because I can't give less on this system. I scheduled a pickup for an 8 yr old John Deere lawn tractor to be picked up for a tune up and to have the fan belts tightened the week of Thanksgiving 2018. I could have done this myself, but didn't want to lie under a tractor in the winter. The tractor has never had any trouble at all, starts first time, never needed oil or air in the tires (Thank you, John Deere). My mower deck belt popped off a few months ago and they put it back on. It fell off again this time they had to replace the belt, so they didnt charge me for pick up and delivery. In the meantime the battery died when they went to start it and gave me a new battery for free. I have only used them a short time and the are awesome. Highly reccomend!!!!
Really grateful for the efforts made to get a snow blower our daughter in Maine could actually handle. "Crowley's" went the extra mile to find the best machine for her and in subsequent deep snowstorms, the choice was perfect. Thank you for service "above and beyond"!!!
Terrible service. Was charged $70 to "look at" 2 pieces of equipment. Was told they were not repairable and that we were better off buying new ones for approx $800. Brought the items elsewhere and were fixed for $125. Would not recommend.
