The old yankee lady inside the office is very rude at the Crowley location. She said there were no trailers for rent so I got online and rented one from her anyways. She yelled at us for not parking on the right side instead of the left even though there were no signs. I would not rent a storage from them as long as she is working there do to her very unprofessional attitude. Very rude unhappy person. I went up the road and got a storage facility off 1187 and 1902. It’s called the storage place. They were very nice.
Walked into the office at 3:55pm and told the lady inside I wanted to rent a small trailer, she said oh sorry we are closed. If you close at 3:55 then adjust your hours and don't make people waste their time.
Nice facility
Lady at the front desk was rude and discriminative. I made a reservation and realized I only have my paper id because I just transferred a license from out of state. She refused to rent even though I got someone else to come get the U-Haul and drive it. I called U-Haul and they verified me and rebooked my appointment and she said that she wouldn’t rent to us and “ they’ll take yall people at a different location “ rude and humiliating considering the amount of money I was about to spend just for one day.
I've used them years back when I went to Louisiana and now again to move my motorcycle and didn't have an issue and they had what I needed. Couple that work there are very friendly
