If you are reading this, you too were duped by Crowley Marine. You too saw that your part was on-hand in one of their four "warehouse" locations (after clicking the button that supposedly updated stock on-hand). Great! Go ahead and order because their price is the best of researched retailers... Then you get "the" email, "Thank you for your order! We will send a confirmation once your items have shipped. Below is your invoice. Please take a look and ensure that all information is correct." But wait! Here comes the next email... read more

Worst online place to order boat parts. They never ship next day like they say and never on time. Ordered part 9/28 and paid for rush 2 day delivery and being told getting delivered now on 10/5. Customer service was rude and just tried to talk over everything I said.Will not ever ordered again from them.

38 days so far and no parts yet. Should have checked BBB before ordering from these guys.

Horrible customer service, shipping guaranteed in 2-3 days but two weeks later still not shipped. Customer service does nothing to help.

I wish I could rate them less than one star. I ordered marine parts nearly three months ago and was informed that two parts were back ordered. After two months, I checked on the availability of the back ordered parts and found that they were in stock at multiple other online sellers. I then notified Crowley that other sellers had the parts in stock and I wanted to cancel my order. Crowley responded to me quickly that they, too, miraculously now had the parts in stock and that they were going to expedite my order and ship it ... read more

Should have read reviews before ordering from Crowley Marine. they misrepresent them selves in many ways. did not deliver on parts.

Placed an order with 3 day delivery, a day after placing order get email stating it would take 8 days to process.I emailed support and they waived shipping charges.I emailed a week later to get a shipping date and was told it would be at least another week,I told them that they should not show parts in stock when not and that them being busy was not my problem that they should hire more help if they have so much business.Today I tried to get answers and got shown that my request was canceled so I sent my order number and adv... read more

I wish I could give them a minus star. Ordered a lower unit on 7/14/20 because the price was best. Crowley charged my card right away. Was told that it would be at least 7 working days. It is now 8/11/20. When I checked status, they told me that it was on backorder. I had a Yamaha motorcycle dealer friend of mine check Yamaha inventory for me. It was not on backorder. When I informed Crowley that they were not on backorder with Yamaha, they said they did not say backordered, they said backlogged. Still no Lower unit and cred... read more

They charge your credit card for parts that they do not have in stock. Don't believe there web site "in stock". The parts you have paid for are not held until the rest of your arrives. Causing a continued wait for your order. They make it dificult for customers contact their management. They certainly don't reply to your calls or e-mails. I don't recommend doing buisness with this company.
