The property has truly improved ever since the new owners took over. Great community!
First, I would like to thank property management for the new amenities and the upgrades they have renovated here. I will say that I am happy that I do not no longer have to go waste money to wash and dry and having an assigned parking to help prevent from coming home late and not having nowhere to park.
The new owner is really awesome he listens to whats going on makes sure the work is done and he genuinely cares about everyone we aren't just $$ like some other places might treat you Hayden (the owner) is a really great guy the apartments are nice and you'd have a hard time finding a better deal for what you get here
I have lived here 10 years as of July 1st and since new owners have took over they have made this place a better living environment and have really updated families with what they need to thrive and live happier. I'm very pleased and have chose to continue living here.
