She was extremely rude to me as if she didn't want to help me out . She did not smile or greet me in anyway , shape or form . Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. Minimal wait time like 15 minutes. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
