I’ve been a homeowner under their hoa for a LONG time. They refuse to communicate and return calls or do repairs in a timely manner. I have made NUMEROUS attempts to contact and months of waiting for the work orders to be completed. At one point I hired a contractor to do the work because I couldn’t wait any longer. Currently my homeowners insurance has been terminated due to their lack of urgency in repairing my roof. I wouldn’t recommend them to an enemy. Impossible to get a call back.
If I could give this negative stars I would. First Residential property management is the worst company ever. Very slow to respond in emergencies such as a roof repair. It’s been 2 weeks and no one has done anything yet. Now we have a tropical storm coming our way.
