new owner is homophobic hothead! beware
Owner is a Lying Hothead. Coworkers vehicle was towed to Crowes on Wed at 4pm & to be fixed Thursday. On Friday morning when she called for update, the owner was belligerent and said it'd now take until Monday. Coworker said she'd take it elsewhere & Crowes owner promised to have car impounded if she didn't get it off his lot by 3pm, then said no, by noon. She had car towed to Auto Tech on Friday and they fixed it that day. NEVER go to Crowes for repairs. Completely unprofessional. No idea how butthead is still in business.
BEWARE -Owner is HUGE JERK & LIED about impounding my car & he knows it. >Go to Auto Tech @ 1405 N Broadway - They’re PROFESSIONALS w/ GREAT SERVICE. >Crowe’s won’t contact if car won't be ready when they said. There is a lot to be said about a shop dedicated to providing services 7 days/wk. A strong work ethic coupled by great integrity and you have an automotive repair shop that you can trust your vehicle to. I was from out of town and having some problems. They took me right in to diagnostics on my truck and had me back on the road in just an hour. Didn’t inflate the cost of repairs. Didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I yuck and honest. You can trust your repairs to them. A+
Called Will with another shops quote and explained what was going on with the car. He had me come in and saved me $600 on the entire job and finished same day! Great service, amazing guys. Will and Darrell will absolutely take care of you. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!!
