My car broke down coming through Lexington. I'm not familiar with the area but was desperate for a repair. Based on the excellent reviews of others, we called Crowed and by God's good grace they were able to get the car in asap and look it over. Will, at the front desk was an absolute gentleman and kept me in the loop with every step of the repair. I absolutely recommend this shop.

I am grateful that they are open EVERY DAY, because folks are going to need repairs on their vehicles whenever they need them. I was in a bad spot and was grateful to get in on Saturday. The walls are filled with certificates of accomplishment of the folks who work there, and other customers who were there seem to have a very positive opinion of the work they do, and the individuals who work there. Very nice people, good quality work, and they're FAST! They're also the cheapest (most RELIABLE) mechanic in Lexington 100% if you want someone who knows what they're doing and wont charge you and arm and a leg go to crowes !! Much much love to the whole team ❤
