I had Doug Crowell come out to unclog my drain going to my septic tank.His cutter got stuck in my pipe.He came back with an excavator and dug my pipe up to free his cutter.After removing the pipe he tried to snake the drain.He had me flush my toilets over and over till the pressure caused water to leak in my basement.He never cleared the blockage.He sent me a bill for $1,737.I hired another plumber who fixed the problem.
Use caution when using this company. Get A Written estimate from Doug (the owner) before any work is began... would be a good idea to look at other review's on Google also.
