how are syndicators showing 20% IRR unless they are using 4% plus rent growth and a lower exit cap than market. CHECK WHAT SYNDICATORS ON YOUR SITE ARE POSTING. THESE ARE NOT realistic market returns.
RecommendedFirst class organization! Quick responses via both phone and e-mail. Good investor tools and community boards are good means to stay connected with fellow investors for a given property/fund. Great way to dip your toes into Commercial Real Estate.
Non existent customer service. No response to email - not even an acknowledgement. Would not recommend. Lack of transparency.
There's absolutely nothing special about catering to only accredited investors. Everyone in that sector does that.
