Seems like the Crowder Jr. of years past is gone. E-mails are not returned, little or no effort is put into quotation requests, and phone call returns are non-existent. I really miss the days when Gary was responsible for quotations and problem solving. If he couldn't help someone out (which was rare), he got back to you right away and let you know. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. We brought in a motor that another shop said wasn’t worth repairing. George, one of the owners took a look at it, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it while we waited. We weren’t even some commercial concern with the prospect of repeat business, just a couple of homeowners with the motor out of an old bandsaw. Of course, we are now customers for life.
