RecommendedMy experience today was amazing! Staff was so Friendly and made you feel so comfortable before surgery. Everything went great!
Everyone there was very nice and very Professional. Couldnt of been any nicer. My first time there was a good one. Very sweet girls.
billing department lady- very rude. All other staff including the pre-op nurse, surgery nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr Bries were absolutely wonderful and I had a great experience. Post surgery,I hardly have any pain and feeling good! Highly recommend!
My experiences, all 3 times, have been incredible. Everyone from the office staff to the doctor are angels to me. The nurses are fantastic!! Cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, care, and compassion.
The billing department in general, the nurse I had with the large scar on her face, the billing supervisor Theresa were all very rude and it has been the worst customer service experience ever. The billing supervisor Theresa repeatedly interrupted me and when I responded with "I'm sorry please keep interrupting me" she responded with that "I was a really rude person," I stated no you are interrupting me every time I talk and requested to speak to her supervisor, she stated that I was "rude, she didn't care if I was the custo... read more
I honestly can say the staff, nurse's,and Dr.'s are fantastic from the time you walk into the center and when you are wheelchair out. Very friendly, compassionate, helpful,great bedside manners. I believe that our Quad City area Hospitals and other surgery center should take note. Also A+ to housekeeping for keeping the areas clean. Thank you for the dedication to your job and to your patients. I truly appreciate the care I was given. Thank you.
