I just want to say that everytime i have to deal with setting appointments/going to appts the staff here is so nice, helpful and understanding. My daughter who has always been scared to death of the dentist actually doesnt mind going at all now because the staff and dentist are so patient and kind to her. In a world where majority of things are stressful and chaotic its refreshing when businesses make things easier for us.
I want to thank Kim for helping to ease some anxiety I was having with my teeth. She does a great job of personally getting to know her patients, listens to their concerns and creates a relaxed atmosphere. She is a valuable member of the Crow River Dental staff.
Ok everyone I have to be completely honest. I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist. Thank goodness for Dr. Greg and the CRD family! They are all understanding about everything, they have an incredible sense of humor, and will do just about anything (appropriate) to make the patient feel comfortable. My 6 yr old has anxiety as well, but they have a way of making her feel completely at ease.... Dr. Greg even sings! I have an extreme fear of dentists. Crow River Dental was a referral from a friend. The minute I walked through the doors, I knew I found my new dentist!
Dr. Greg and staff were able to see my 12 year old as an emergency visit on 11/12/15. Upon arrival, the receptionist greeted us with smiles and calming words. My daughter was VERY anxious, hence the lack of dental visits in the last couple of years. Jill made her laugh and for the most part relax as much as she could. Dr. Greg and is super outgoing personality and sense of humor, did an amazing job with her as well. So thankful for this dental group! You're all incredible! Thank you so much for all of your help!
