Do not invest in this company. As a leasee in one of their shopping centers, they refused to repair structural problems in their sewerage system leaving us and our clients with toxic fumes for 3 years. I have two sewerage company estimates showing these structural estimates, yet they refuse to repair and have even blamed us. Their properties are worth less than they value. Further, the REAL property owners are foreign.
The Crow Holdings campus is one of the most interesting, intriguing historical locations in Dallas. Harlan Crow did a magnificent job of restoring the old Parkland Hospital and maintaining many of the landmarks worth preserving.
Since your company owns the retreat at vista lakes apartment complex in fort myers, florida, I will share this review here. I can’t get a response from the poor management company Greystar, nor do they even have a support number. I just want my deposit back since you people own a scam company.
