Staff was helpful in answering questions I had prior to ordering harnesses for my e36 M3. Once ordered, shipping was fast and product was great. After a track day use, I found that I would benefit from some modifications to the lap belts, Crow worked with me to make the changes with no hassle whatsoever. One of the best buying and follow up experiences I've had with a manufacturer!
