Never lived at this property but I have lived at another essex "managed" property. Stay away!!! Essex does not have onsite leasing or management. It's all remote, so it's a pain to communicate with them. They hardly ever answer calls or respond to emails. They list units that might not actually be available and try to keep your money if you don't accept one of the other units that they have available. They try to fill their own pockets so they hire the worst vendors to do repairs which in the long run they're probably wastin... read more
Terrible experience. Booked a tour 2 times with them. First of all they do self guided tour. Waited long time to go in the apt. I asked for 2 bedroom, they showed one bed. Next time, I put request again for showing. When I reached and waited for about 20 good minutes, they said they don't have anything to show.
I have great experience here
I moved in a couple of weeks ago, and there have been issues with a neighbor. Since reporting the problem, AJ and Virginia have worked to rectify the situation, keeping me updated and mediating the issue professionally. The customer service has been outstanding.
AJ is amazing. Super informative and very patient. The maintenance crew has been very attentive and a pleasure. Great teamwork, thank you!
