Excellent Maintenance Team! We have lived here for nearly seven years, and Edwin has always been supportive and reliable. When we encountered an issue while transferring to a different apartment due to relocation, both Soraya and Edwin were exceptionally helpful. Their prompt and attentive response effectively resolved the matter, and we are truly grateful for their professionalism.
We have raised multiple complaints (over 10 times) regarding the dog on the second floor urinating and the urine dripping onto our first-floor patio. Despite repeated reports, the issue persists. This is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor maintenance and lack of action.
Never lived at this property but I have lived at another essex "managed" property. Stay away!!! Essex does not have onsite leasing or management. It's all remote, so it's a pain to communicate with them. They hardly ever answer calls or respond to emails. They list units that might not actually be available and try to keep your money if you don't accept one of the other units that they have available. They try to fill their own pockets so they hire the worst vendors to do repairs which in the long run they're probably wastin... read more
Terrible experience. Booked a tour 2 times with them. First of all they do self guided tour. Waited long time to go in the apt. I asked for 2 bedroom, they showed one bed. Next time, I put request again for showing. When I reached and waited for about 20 good minutes, they said they don't have anything to show.
