If I could give this practice zero stars I would! My mother was seen for the first time. Dr paladino was very distracted during our FIRST appointment with getting more of a diagnosis for what he thought was a brain tumor. He was on his phone and struggled getting through his “spiel” his words. At the end of some very not organized appointment then asked if I had any questions. Do not I repeat do not go through this doctor. He should have his medical license stripped away from him. I'm happy some people were able to use him and have good results, but please seek a second opinion. If he preformed the procedure that he wanted to on my mother in-law she would have 100% died. Which has been confirmed from 2 other specialists. Both in which knew his name and stated they can't believe he still has a medical license.
Been here 2 times now each time the wait to see anyone other than the person taking your vitals is over an hour wait. No one was in the waiting room and 1 man in the other waiting room. Dr got called out for surgery. So your college steps in why is it still an hour for you to come in the room? My appointment time can and went. You can waste my time by waiting but I have to be on time for you? Then you stamp my parking card for a few bucks off while I waited over an hour for nothing. Not a fan of the waiting around Dr. Montgomery is very knowledgeable, nurses are good couple PA’s questionable. Front staff needs to get their shit together.
Dr. David Padalino performed a life saving procedure on the 3’rd aneurysm to develop on my Basilar tip that was nothing short of miraculous. Anyone is extremely fortunate to have him for a neurologist.
