I have met with Collin two times. First, the wait time was excellent. Very little waiting around. The staff listens and takes down the information. When Collin came in, we went over test results, we went over options and future testing. He listened to me and was caring. It takes time to get into the office, though. We don't have enough neurologists in this area and as with many practices/specialties, it takes longer and longer to get in to be seen. I think this is the way of the world these past few years. Waited for 40 minutes im pretty sure they messed up give my appointment to someone else... due tonthe fact I had to work I had to reschedule and I asked for a Tuesday or Wednesday appointment they give me a Thursday in addition to waiting another 6 months to go back due to no fault of my own
Referring me to a better doctor was the only good thing they ever did for me. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at Strong Memorial Hospital but Crouse continues to submit insurance claims using anything but MS as the reason: "abnormal brain MRI", "abnormal pulmonary scan," abnormal this, abnormal that. All denied of course. Feels like Dr. Malak is putting his ego before my care. This isn't even mentioning how rude the front desk staff are.
I have not been able to get through to my doctor . Patient portal is a joke. They make the excuse they are do busy. . I have waited a while for an MRI nerve test , stress test. I fear calling the response I get if awful. Not happy and still in a great deal is pain after stroke.
