This is getting 1 star bc Tabitha, the PA I see has been extremely helpful when I am able to get in to see her. Unfortunately it's the rest of this practice's staff that make this review such a low rating. After reading everyone else's reviews I'm not sure why I'm surprised and I'm also not sure how this place is even open. I was referred to them by my pcp. They called and set up an apt that was 2 months out and a couple days before my apt they called to ask if I would like to reschedule because they were over booked, I said no, I have been waiting two months to be seen, she said ok we’ll keep the apt. When I arrived to this apt I was confronted by Natalie saying that I was told not to come and accused of lying about the phone call I received. I have met with Collin two times. First, the wait time was excellent. Very little waiting around. The staff listens and takes down the information. When Collin came in, we went over test results, we went over options and future testing. He listened to me and was caring. It takes time to get into the office, though. We don't have enough neurologists in this area and as with many practices/specialties, it takes longer and longer to get in to be seen. I think this is the way of the world these past few years. Waited for 40 minutes im pretty sure they messed up give my appointment to someone else... due tonthe fact I had to work I had to reschedule and I asked for a Tuesday or Wednesday appointment they give me a Thursday in addition to waiting another 6 months to go back due to no fault of my own
