I've been going to Crouse at Brittonfield with Andrew Snider as my pcp for almost 7 years. He's incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to his profession, he listens well and gives quality advice while explaining the pros and cons of any decision. The support staff there has always been excellent as well; phlebotomy, MAs, intake, and scheduling have all been reliable and friendly throughout the years. This is one of the best practices in the area and I'd recommend them to anyone.
My daughter has been a patient of Terri Strine. First Terri told her she was too fat for anxiety medicine. I requested a copy of the medical records and was told, two weeks later, the records were still not recorded. Makes me think the records are being altered. Now we have been trying to get a refill of her eczema cream. First they called in the incorrect medicine. The pharmacy tried to call and they have not received a response so they asked us to call.
