Doc says one thing and the nurses say the next , very poor communication skills! As a doctor that’s supposed to be helping 18 year olds transition from PEDS to the adult medical world you’re doing a poor job !
Communication over the phone and through the portal are poor. Not consistent! Some staff need better personal communication skills, listening and caring about the patients concerns.
I've been going to Crouse at Brittonfield with Andrew Snider as my pcp for almost 7 years. He's incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to his profession, he listens well and gives quality advice while explaining the pros and cons of any decision. The support staff there has always been excellent as well; phlebotomy, MAs, intake, and scheduling have all been reliable and friendly throughout the years. This is one of the best practices in the area and I'd recommend them to anyone.
