Providers are excellent. their system is horrendous. canceling schedule appoints via voicemail and then not answering the phone or when lucky put in hold for (you will not believe this) 45 minutes to a 6 months appointment. Somebody is making all this money and working these people to the ground.
I love my doctor & whenever I’m in the office, the staff is very accommodating. However, they have a new system I guess & for some reason it appears that the office can no longer answer a phone call. I’m due for a refill on two medications. Neither can be requested online so I have to call the office. That wouldn’t be a problem if I could get through to someone! I’ve called 3 times today & each time I was on hold for 20+ minutes before I gave up. Not sure what I’m supposed to do as I can’t go off my medications and nobody at... read more
