There was a miscommunication with the price of an oil change and when trying to get assistance regarding the matter, we received TERRIBLE customer service from an employee at this company. She was very disrespectful, lazy, and rude. When she didn’t agree with what we said, she talked over us and raised her voice to be heard. RecommendedI recently bought a brand new Ford ranger from Crouse Ford And I want to say you can’t get better than the folks here they make it feel like your family they’re nice and polite and they care about your buying experience so they are customer oriented and will do anything to help the customer. I went to Crouse Ford to just look at what they may have. I spoke with David who listened carefully and pulled a vehicle out of the back that hadn't even been logged into their system. Just what I wanted but wasn't sold on the color - white. Never had a white vehicle but the more I looked at it the more I like it. They gave me a good deal and were reasonable with my trade in. I took my car to Crouse Ford to see what was wrong with my stereo, and I got my car back with no working HVAC. My car is once again at another Ford dealership because this needs to be fixed. I came in with one problem and left with two. And some of the employees were just unpleasant to talk to, like they didn't want to help me. This was my first Ford vehicle and will honestly probably be my last.
Just bought our second vehicle from Crouse Ford - cant say enough great things about this dealership! Very honest, professional and courteous! We will be back when it's time to buy again!
