I left my position of EVS Operations Manager at OU Children's Hospital due to the poor leadership. The Department Administrator refuses to listen to his Operation Managers and doest want to do anything that may cause him to leave his desk. when working for crothall healthcare during a pandemic you become a sacrifice not an essential worker. paying people as little as $10.00 an hour to work the front lines during a crisis in places with confirmed covid cases, hell Walmart and target employees make more. I'm sick of big medical corporations like this taking advantage of people, it has to stop.

Very unprofessional. Sean Wroblewski should not be in charge of women at all with the inappropriate sexual comments towards them. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. CAMC General adminstration will be advised of this as there are multiple accounts of this happening already with him.
I just witnessed one of their truck drivers texting while driving on the freeway. I memorized the truck number and called them to report it. Every time I called, I was transferred to an automated menu and couldn’t get through to an actual person, even after explaining that it kept happening. After calling 6 times, I finally had to turn to social media to get the complaint out. It was truck #3214. You should probably do something about that before he kills someone!
The way thing where done made me very concern for the patients and employees.
i have worked for compass group/crothall for over 1 year and i have been lied to from the beginning.My boss is a joke.i work at the sentara off site buildings and the management is the problem.to much favoritism. i loved my job at the beginning but didnt take me long to find out. i hate it and dont recommend Sentara/Crothall to anyone
my first paycheck is not available on payday. barely any communication, not a good first impression.
