Hospitals of Providence located in El Paso, TX use this company for I truly don’t know what reason. The company as a whole needs a rework, the supervisors/managers have no prior training and have no business holding those titles. An Islamophobic comment was made by a supervisor about a current employee at the Transmountian location who when questioned admitted to saying it, nothing was done. Johnson City medical center in Johnson City Tennessee uses Crothall as EVS. Crothall is as incompetent and crooked as Congress. The lies, short cuts and mistreatment from this company is unbelievable. Absolutely the worst.

I would not recommend this company whatsoever. There are several hospitals that were and are currently under Crothall/Compass group waiting for the promised pandemic pay for Frontline workers since the summer. it is now the nearing the end of the year. we've been more than patient.
Where is our Pandemic Pay? You know how it feels to be the only frontline workers in the hospital who haven't received it yet because we had a separate employer....it feels like we don't matter we are only housekeepers! ☹

rude employees. will never recommend.
Worst company that I ever worked for. Management is allowed to abuse their authority and Human Resources doesn’t help in any way.
