Chris has been our A/C repair technician for over 18 years. He has maintained units on both my rental homes and primary residence. He is dependable efficient and prices are fair. I won’t use any other company.
Chris with Crosswinds was able to come out and help get our ac up and running again within an hour of calling him on a Saturday morning! Very professional, awesome service, and excellent customer care.
Not a race friendly establishment. Would not recommend if you’re Asian.
Chris came out within less than a week of me messaging him and went through my entire house to make sure all of my vents are pointed in the correct direction. Went in the attic to make sure everything was good to go! Went above and beyond! Unclogged the drain and clean the coils… Did everything to make my house nice and cold again. I truly appreciate it! Will definitely recommend all of my friends and family. Biggest plus was this company is super cost-efficient!
I’ve been using Crosswinds for the last 5 years and would not use a different AC/Heating company. They are reliable, trustworthy, and professional. Recently had an issue with our Trane AC unit (a very complex AC unit), Chris took the time to make sure he figured out the issue and got us back to running at full potential. This is the 3rd AC unit we have had serviced by Crosswinds and they always get us back on track with fair prices! I recommend these guys to everyone. Thanks Crosswinds and owner Chris.
