Crosswhite A/C Sales & Service installed the heat pumps in our home 25 years ago. We never had a serious issue with these heat pumps and the Crosswhite team serviced them annually. Approximately four years ago, we decided to replace the heat pumps with newer, more energy efficient ones. They arrived on time, were competitive in their pricing and showed me how to use the devices which allow us to remotely monitor and change our heating and cooling. The seven-year-old Rheem would not turn on, and neither the thermostat nor breakers were a problem. The tech Crosswhite AC sent out was Jacob, and a new hire came along. Jacob communicated with us before he arrived, was right on time, and both were friendly and courteous. Crosswhite A/C is the best around! He and his crew are honest and hard workers. He installed our first pumps 20 years ago and serviced them throughout. We just replaced both units and would not have used anyone else!
Great customer service and very knowledgeable...Called them and Jacob was here the next morning, figured out the problem and ordered the parts and had it fixed in no time..Hard working, knowledgeable and very friendly and professional...Will always give them a call when I have heat pump issues..Thanks!!

Warning, this company, crosswise ac sales, charged me 225 dollars to repair my heat pump. It broke the next day but they never returned to fix it and never refunded me. And they shouted at me over the phone and hung up. Please avoid these scoundrels.

The unit was running fine when I left his house. But this is a 30 year old unit and needs to be replaced. He ask for refund, I'm sure it was a differant problem than it was when I was there. I cant't warranty a thirty year old unit. He did not want to pay for another service call. I would of checked the system to see if there was another problem, but he just wanted his money returned. If you have a car repaired and then something else happens to the car do you think repairman wll give your money back. I sorry but thing does ... read more
