I’ve been a patient for several years now. I usually see Dana Zackery NP for Dr Schrader. I have big concerns and annoyance with front desk/office/ office manager not returning a call to me, my insurance carrier. I’ve been calling since July , this is now late November and still no return call over a miscoded bill. I’ve even left a msg for Dr Schrader to call me to no avail. Dana has always given good care. I’ve been trying to reach this office as I’m looking for a pediatrician for my newborn. I’ve received no calls back to date. I can never reach anyone on the phone. This is extremely unprofessional. I don’t know how they’re still in business.
I’m really surprised by all the good reviews on FB. 💥 Go look at the google reviews. 💥 The doctors are okay here but the reception is horrible. I cannot ever get anyone on the phone, when you do they are very short and rude. They put you on hold for long amounts of time, tell me they will get back with me and never do, I cannot even get a referral sent that they said they would do because they don’t have anyone “trained to do referrals”. I love our doctor's are great and I love the staff at the office.
Dr Schrader was the on call dr at mercy. Mercy is in network for BCBS and he is not. On top of that making billing a nightmare, their billing department is difficult to get ahold of and work with.
The staff and Physicians are outstanding!
