RecommendedYour office is very professional and helpful. Friendly from front office to back. They are my dental office now and in the future .
I returned their phone call only to find out my appointment was cancelled because I didn't return their call on Friday of Labor Day weekend. I have never once in my life not showed up for an appointment that I was scheduled for. I expressed my disappointment with this practice and asked for the office manager to call me back. Never got the call! Poor customer service. ✌️ you just lost a family of six.
Having been to over 30 different dentists over 40 years in 6 states and 3 other countries I’ve found the one that regardless of any future travel I will fly back just to be seen in this office. I convinced my wife to see her and she left her Dentist of 5 years to have Dr. Chopra be her dentist. The staff is awesome and very helpful with scheduling routine/ non-routine emergencies and assisting with the insurance companies- very professional. Because of bad experiences at other dentist offices out of state, I was scared and very nervous when I made my first appointment with Crosswater Dental Care. They immediately put me at ease. My first cleaning with them went very well with no pain. The hygienist was very friendly and very thorough. My future dental needs will definitely be fulfilled with Crosswater Dental Care and I am already recommending this office to my friends.
