This is my third year of going to Cloudland Dental. I just can't say enough good things about the Staff and the Quality Care provided by these Experienced Professionals. I am especially impressed with Dr. Sophie Kang and her abilities in provinding the BEST Dental Care possible. The Office Staff are totally competent and able to explain and assist with Insurance and Payments. Today, Sept 10th they provided Veterans Free Services as a way to say Thank You! WOW! Where else does that happen? Special Thank You to Jill.

I don't believe the words, "thank you" are generous enough to show my appreciation for the dental care (and donuts!) that you provided on September 10. Over 40 years ago I was Honorably Discharged from the Marine Corps, and it was until I came to your office that anyone ever seemed to care about that VietNam era veteran. From Ashley at the front desk to Pat and Amber and of course Dr. Jo, I have nothing but good things to say about the facility and staff. More importantly, the level of expertise is unsurpassed in dental care. Having broken a tooth the previous evening, I called the Crossville office to see if they could possibly work me in to relieve my considerable discomfort. Though my regular dentist wasn't working that day, I was told I could see Dr. Kang that same morning. As soon as I was settled in the exam room, the efficient staff immediately started the process of repair. My son had his six month cleaning. We waited maybe five minutes when they called us back. The hygienist did an awesome job talking him through everything. I mentioned I needed to schedule my daughter's first visit. They let us do it right then. She was so excited to be like her big brother. Again the hygienist did so good she say through the whole cleaning and fluoride treatment no problems. Awesome!

I have been going here for 4 years and am pleased with my overall experience. They do seem to have some hygienist turnover. Today was my 3 year olds first time at the dentist so I wanted it to be a positive experience. I thought that I had scheduled back to back appointments but scheduled them at the same time. They rearrange things so my little one could watch them clean my teeth and so that I could hold her while she had her teeth cleaned. Today was my first visit with Cloudland Dental and I was very impressed with the overall services I received today. The staff was very friendly and cordial and the facility was superb as the overall impression was excellent.
