I had a great experience at Cloudland Dental in Crossville. Ruthann did an extremely thorough cleaning. I highly rcommend.
There was a slight "hiccup" when I showed up for my very first appointment but front desk staff were very gracious and accommodating as a result. Visit went surprisingly well and all staff members were absolutely awesome! Can't believe I am saying this but I actually look forward to future visits.

I just had my first appointment with this dental center and I was impressed with the way I was treated the only issue that I had is there was a procedure that tested for mouth cancer and when I got up to the counter the lady told me that there was a $40 charge for that and I wasn’t told that before they did the treatment. I was told that if I wanted to have the fluoride treatment it would cost $20 and I agreed to that but the cancer mouth cancer was done without telling me that the insurance would not cover it and there woul... read more
We wish you where here when we started in 2005 COOLD HAVE PROBABLY SAVED US A LOT OF MONEY....BUT AT LEAST IT LOOKS LIKE WE GOT A GOOD DENTIST FINALLY
Has been extremely encouraging,helpful, professional and personable. I was a walk and they were above and beyond helpful.
First time for 3 yr old grandson to go to the dentist. I was so amazed at how the dentist and the staff treated him and myself they was so amazing and kid friendly. I loved the environment they are all wonderful
