The AC goes out multiple times per week and they never fix it all the way. It’s been years. Multiple times in a week and it’s happened 4 times in a month. It’s way too hot. Currently it’s day 3 with no AC and they haven’t fixed it.
As a Locator, I love this place to send my clients! It is so unique- must tour to appreciate, and they treat each one of my clients as individuals. It is a must see in person- each unit has it's own unique personality. Ask for Gabby! She is AMAZING and will do her best to take care of you, and "welcome you home!"
Can and will the owner to this complex hire a management that has common sense? I mean WHERE in earth did he find this maintenance crew?! Sloppy lazy carelessness and don't have a clue of what they are doing! They leave lights on, scratch up things, don't repair things they said that they have already repaired. I've placed about 15 work orders and neither has been handled properly. They leave stuff dirty and don't clean up behind themselves.
