A happy resident here at Crossview!! I've been here a little over a couple years and I am always happy to come home!!..The atmosphere here overall is very, very laid back which is of utmost importance in my opinion..never ever too noisy, too busy, too crowded just peaceful (just as any residence should be.) Amazing place to call home, grounds remain clean and staff is very helpful. They offer great customer service and affordable pricing. Gabby is bilingual and very knowledgeable who will provide and exceptional experience.
These apartments are disgusting. They let mold build up in our unit, and me and my fiancé got very sick because they refused to fix the leak that caused it. We begged them to do something, but the landlord and staff didn’t care at all. The landlord is rude, disrespectful, and only cares about collecting rent. The staff lies, avoids calls, and acts like it’s a burden just to do their job. They ignore serious issues until it’s too late, and in the meantime, tenants are the ones suffering. I just moved in on June 26th and so far I REALLY like it... Kathy and Irene in the office are ALWAYS ready to help and get stuff done! I call for maintenance and they show up REALLY fast and fix the problem... Really appreciate such a great experience so far! Thanks y'all! So they've changed the management company and I'm about to give notice to move! The women in the office so far HAVE NOT MADE ME FEEL WELCOME IN THE OFFICE!
