This complex uses an antiquated chiller system for AC and heat. Every time they shut the chiller off then restart the system (often) my individual unit stops cooling properly. It's old can't expect much. What I do expect is a maintenance crew that can fix the issue with my individual unit. They do not have one. Been here 3 years under the previous management, the new management and maintenance crew are more than I can handle no AC and no one knowledgeable enough to fix it has me looking for another place. This is our personal experience with Crossview Courts ***If you CAN afford to live somewhere else, please do! This is absolutely NOT a place for families with children. During our time here (2020–2022), we witnessed drug activity, prostitution, violent behavior, and even homeless individuals wandering through the complex and misusing the laundromat facilities.
