Even though I had to wait over the holiday season, when I arrived, the price was reasonable and easy to pay. They also helped me with starting my vehicle, etc. Very understanding and helpful people. I read the reviews and thought the worst. You definitely can't believe everything you read or hear.
This company is horrible they steal out your car and laught about it like it’s a joke $200 was stolen out of my boyfriend car then they charge him $543 dollars for 1 day please be aware they are scammers run

Had a wonderful experience with Jessica and Crystal they were so helpful and answered all our questions about our totaled vehicle. One tip their address is 221 NW 2nd Ave Hallandale Beach instead of 1st. Overall I’m very satisfied with the service we received.
Towed my car on a Thursday. I called Friday evening and they were closed for the weekend, then charged me for 5 days, including Monday, even though I showed up at 8:45AM. Gas tank was completely empty, which it wasn't when I parked it. $372 to get my car back.
