I had too many typos in last post so here is the edited one. I dont recommend this company whatsoever! They blame covid-19 but 7302 been on sale since 2019. I tried to buy prior to covid-19 but they didnt pull permits on this gut rehab. Crosstown realtors destroyed my family's life we just gave birth to our 1st child. We made offer in January and they accepted the offer. Then a higher offer came in from someone else days later. They accepted the higher offer and left us hanging. RecommendedIf you are looking for a realtor STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING you are wasting your time,call Crosstown. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. The brokerage owner is one of the most hardworking, knowledgeable, professionals you will ever meet. He does whatever it takes to make his clients happy.
